Handmade tote bag

This tote bag I made out of scrap materials from skirts etc.

Fun to make en doesn't take so long. Enough sewing patterns on the net for this ;)
Extra sturdy with the felt handles and cross stitching.

Update on moving, projects and workbench

Long time no update!
I have moved and am pleased to announce I have my own work bench. I still have to buy a lot of utensils and put it a lot more together but the basics are in place.

My classes have started too and I'm so excited to go there again every week.

So I'm starting to do commissions and repairments in silver. I have done some this summer and it's going well, I'm hoping to put some jewelry up in my shop as soon as I have bought enough silver to work with.

In the mean time, here is a ring I made last year:

I'll be updating more frequently on my crafting as well, I bought a lot of fabric (again) and I'm planning to make my own packaging.

The one about the fabric haul

Today I went shopping for fabric, with nothing particular on my mind I still bought this much...

Planning to turn this into little pencases, make-up bags or pencil rolls to put on my Etsy.

Regarding Etsy, the shop is closed for big re-organisation >_< 

Still waiting for my order with lots of findings etc.

Lots of new stuff will be available! Yay ~

Look at al those beautiful fabrics!

The one about the pencil case and a square Bambi make-up bag

 I had al these cute and small fabrics lying around and wanted to something useful with them.
Made a pencil case, which worked out great!
And with some super soft fur I made a make-up bag, but it turned out too big, too square and too... unproportional. Forgot also little tabs to pull the zipper more easily. But for me it works fine, maybe I'll make some more, updated and better for my etsy-store.

Last week I went to a fabric fair and discovered these awesome fabrics... I immediately felt like I had to do something with them! I never learnt how to sow, but quickly I knew how the machine worked and drew some patterns. I hope to post some more complicated results soon, but here are some pictures of the test-results I made and the fabrics I bought:
